I HAVE DECIDED TO HIREÂ JOSH BUTLERÂ FOR MY ROOFING NEEDS. WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?
A signed copy of the quote can be e-mailed, faxed, or regular mailed to Choice Roofing and Siding. Upon receiving the signed proposal, we will apply for the permit, order the materials, and schedule the work. Upon receipt, we will notify you of your approximate scheduled date of installation or repair.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO PREPARE ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION?
We ask that all vehicles be moved out of the garage and driveway, so that our dump truck can be parked near the house in the driveway. We will need access to electricity outside for our equipment, if possible - usually via an outside outlet or an extension cord running from the house or garage.
We also suggest removing fragile wall hangings from walls. In rare circumstances, pictures could fall from the pounding on the roof. Dust and debris could also fall from attic roof boards into the attic space. Homeowners may want to cover items to protect from dust and debris in the attic.

All of our employees, from the sales staff to the crews, are certified by the manufacturer. We are currently top certified by GAF, Atlas and Certainteed, allowing Choice Roofing & Siding to provide the highest manufacturer warranty on your new roof. Installation is a crucial component of the roofing process. A poor installation can void warranties and can cause problems with the roof for years.

Choice Roofing and Siding Primarily performs full replacements or repairs on asphalt, metal and slate roofs as well as vinyl siding.
